Terms & Conditions 

Please read all terms and conditions throughly before booking.


- All cats must be up to date with their vaccinations against feline influenza and feline enteritis to board at the cattery. Please make sure their vaccination card is brought in with them on arrival or a picture is sent via email prior to their stay. (Please note failure to bring evidence of up to date vaccinations will mean we are unable to check your cat in for their booked stay).

- All cats must be up to date with their flea and worm treatment, evidence of which will need to be brought in with them on arrival or a picture sent prior to their stay. 

- All cats are insured against Veterinary Surgeons fees for the duration of their stay up to a sum of £1500, however pre-existing conditions are not covered. All chronic medical conditions must be declared upon admission.

- Cats suffering or suspected to be suffering from any infections will not be accepted into the cattery.

- Please make sure your veterinary practice is aware of your cat’s stay with us and that they have been given permission to share information with us should we need to contact them in regards to your cat’s health.

- Sharing cats can only be accepted from the same household and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate unneutered males.
All payment is due on collection via either: Card payment, bank transfer, cash or cheque. Please note we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booking should you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
